Option 1:

Global stories

Award-winning visions. Celebrating excellence from every corner of the world.

Film pieces which can vary within a wide range of genres and themes/ topics of any genre produced from any country in the world. These are award-winning entries from other recognised film festivals, submitted for consideration in the International Category.

Short films will not exceed the maximum running time of forty (40) minutes, including credits.

Feature films must have a minimum runtime of 90 minutes, including credits.

These adaptions must have been produced after 1st January 2024.

Option 2:

Your Author. Your Story.

Diaspora filmmakers bring Caribbean literature to life on screen.

Filmmakers from the diaspora are invited to select any published work by any Caribbean author of their choosing to create a short film adaptation of their chosen piece.

These adaptations must have been produced after 1st January 2025.

• Short films will not exceed the maximum running time of forty (40) minutes, including credits.

Submissions under the International category may include, but are not limited to, the following genres:

• Short Fiction: action, drama, comedy, romance, thriller, etc.

• Feature Length Fiction

• Feature Length Documentary

• Short Documentary

• Short Animation
