With our theme, “Uniting Creative Voices, Celebrating Caribbean Stories,” the 284 Excellence Film Festival (284XFF) continues its commitment to bringing Caribbean literature and storytelling to life on screen. Our mission is to celebrate and amplify the diverse voices, cultures, and stories of the Caribbean, fostering a deeper appreciation for the region’s creative heritage through the art of filmmaking.

Following a successful inaugural year, the 284 Excellence Film Festival returns for its second edition, taking place from 30th October to 2nd November 2025 in the stunning British Virgin Islands. Building on the foundation established in our first year, the festival continues to grow as a global platform for cinematic excellence, with a strong focus on showcasing Caribbean stories, talent, and culture.

As an international festival, we welcome filmmakers from around the world to share their work with audiences eager to discover compelling stories and fresh perspectives. Through a diverse programme of film screenings, panel discussions, workshops, networking opportunities, and special events, the festival creates meaningful connections between filmmakers, industry professionals, and film enthusiasts.
